Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is authorized and verified. All orders are shipped via usps or ups, with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon receipt.  

Once the item has shipped we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS or UPS and request a trace on the package. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping cost to mail the package out again. NuriLuxe is not responsible for delayed packages due to inclement weather, natural catastrophic events or things beyond our control.  

Processing & Shipping Time Are Separate.
